The Group meets monthly in the afternoon of the 2nd Monday at 2.00pm to discuss specific gardening topics and exchange plants and seeds.

There is a regular gardening quiz, with prizes, to test members knowledge.  Refreshments are provided mid-meeting.

Visits to relevant gardens and garden centres are sometime arranged throughout the year as long as enough members are interested: for example in 2022 the Group visited Bressingham Gardens, near Diss; Gooderstone Water Gardens; Cherry Lane Garden Centre, Peterborough; finishing the year in December at The Three Tuns Public House in Doddington for a Christmas meal complete with a free raffle.  On 17th May 2023 members of the group enjoyed a visit to Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens near Market Harborough.

As the Meeting is held in the Group Leader's home where there is a limit of 12 members.

What we don't do is dig gardens either for each other or for strangers!
