The Writing for Pleasure group aims to stimulate and support writing in a group while learning from each other.

To motivate us individually, a small writing challenge is set each time we meet to be done together by responding immediately to whatever the stimulus might be; a first line, a picture, a conversation starter or a topic.

In the privacy of our own homes we expand and develop ideas, each in their own style, ready to be read out and shared at the next meeting.
